Excellent service, kind and patient staff, efficient exams, consultations and procedure. Dr. Hakim was considerate and thorough in explaining my condition and addressing any concerns. Quick recovery time. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommended for anyone wanting to be free from corrective lenses.

Dr yeung is very professional and knowledgeable very patient and friendly have a lot of trust in him

- his assistants overbooks patients, place is packed!- the wait time is deplorable. It can take 1 -3 hours to see him when you're in the lobby with an appointment. (Avg is about and hour and a half because the assistant will prep you to see the doctor, so like eye drops eye pressure measurements, questionnaires etc.)- the doctor is tardy. There are times patients have booked an appointment for 8am but the doctor won't show up until like 10-10:30am if you're lucky.The doctor is good at what he does, just wished he would be more punctual.

When i went there i was told i had high pressure in my eye he said i needed laser surgery,did that twice my is was so bad after that that when i went to see him he said i needed surgery now, i told him i wanted a second opinion and i was told he didnt do that, very bad doctor to deal with would never go there again, then the 2 hour wait for a 2 minute session, i think he gets paid on how many patients he sees and doesnt take the time to really explain anything tells you to see the receptionist

I have been a patient of Dr. Chow for 16 years now and I can confidently say that she is the best optometrist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. She takes the time to listen to her patients' concerns and provides thoughtful and personalized recommendations. Her expertise and attention to detail are truly impressive, and I have always felt confident in her ability to provide the best possible care for my eyes.The staff at Della Optique are also wonderful. Today I had an eye exam and brought along my daughter's glasses (she broke the nose pads). Phil (Frame & Lens Specialist) worked on them while I had my examination, no charge. Exceptional service! Thank you, Della Optique team, for everything you do!

Expect to wait between 40 mins - 1.5 hours for each appointment. Also after a 1.5 hour wait on your third eye drop followup appointment, you will be billed at least $100.

Dr Angela Zhang , Dr. Niro Sivachandran and their staff, Indra,Natasha, have been nothing but professional, experienced, polite, respectful. My 90 year old mother was treated like a queen. Cataract surgery went very well!Thank you all for your dedication !God bless you allMartha Marini and family
